Partner Authority Scheme

Since 2007 we have been working in partnership with leading local builders merchants, LBS with a common goal of improving building standards within the county. As a partnership we are committed to assisting you through the building regulations process and helping our mutual client base, the builders and contractors, to make their job easier.  

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Partner Authority Scheme is designed to help companies which operate in several locations and deal with many local authorities. The scheme enables a company or its advisers to have a one-to-one working relationship with a preferred local authority for advice and plan appraisal. The site inspections are carried out by the local authority where each project is carried out.

There is no cost for joining the scheme and no contractual commitment. The many benefits for our partners include:
