Bulky waste

Bulky waste is waste that you cannot fit into a bin or bag. Examples of bulky waste include beds, carpets, fridges, freezers and wardrobes.

If you have a washing machine, cooker, tumble dryer, dishwasher or wooden furniture to get rid of, Gwyn i Wyrdd will collect for a charge of £15 (for up to three appliances). Gwyn i Wyrdd is a local reuse and repair scheme for white goods appliances.

There are a number of local charities and organisations that accept unwanted household items. Many will collect them free of charge.

We provide a bulky waste collection and will collect up to three items for £25. It may be quicker to take the items to your nearest recycling centre, free of charge.

Pay for a large item to be collected (e.g. sofa, fridge)
