Renewing / cancelling your garden waste service
If you're an existing customer, you will have received a letter and invoice in the post in early February to advise you on how to continue with or cancel the service.
If you signed up to pay by Direct Debit, your first instalment will be taken on April 1 2018. If you wish to cancel your service or notify us of any changes, please email us.
Once collections have started for the garden waste service, there will be no refund if you leave part way through the season for any reason.
If you move within the county you can take your bin with you to your new address. Please let us know at least 10 working days before you are due to move so that we can make sure your bin gets emptied at your new address. If you move outside the county please contact us so that we can make arrangements to have your bin collected.
