Redeployment opportunities

Employers have a legal obligation to consider employees for suitable alternative employment (SAE). By offering redeployment opportunities, we aim to support employees at a difficult time in their careers and lives and to enable some to continue working when they may not otherwise have been able to, for reasons of ill health, redundancy risk or other valid reason. These positions are not available to external applicants and only existing employees registered on our 'Re-deployment Talent Pool' may apply. For more information please refer to the Redeployment Policy, to request a copy please email us.

Latest Bulletin

View our current opportunities for staff registered on our 'Re-deployment Talent Pool'. Please take the time to review the vacancy list, and don't hesitate to contact your line Manager or the HR Team to discuss further.

We welcome applications on a job share basis for all posts advertised for 30hrs per week or more, unless otherwise stated in the advert for a particular post. Please view the Job Sharing Policy for further details.

Please note that the Job Sharing Policy may not apply to those recruited and employed by schools directly. For any school vacancies please contact the individual recruiting school to enquire about their job share policy.

Please note: Should you accept a fixed term appointment to e.g. cover maternity/sickness absence/unpaid leave etc. the appointment will terminate on the date as stated in your terms of employment or when the post holder returns, whichever occurs earlier and will not attract a redundancy payment

Please select a job you are interested in and details of that job will appear together with contact details and an application form.
