The project aims to increase social entrepreneurship and social value in Commissioning practice in Carmarthenshire.

This project will enable commissioners to be armed with the knowledge and resources necessary to undertake values-based commissioning practice and ensure that there are suitable spaces for social enterprise organisations within future contracts. This project provides the opportunity to take the practical steps to prepare a commissioning environment that support the social fabric of communities and economic benefits to local services.
