This project will assist in the first stage of the development of a new floodlit training facility on a redundant tennis court in Kidwelly.

Park Stephens aim to improve a range of facilities within Carmarthenshire communities. This project will support phase 1 of improvements. Phase 1 will include new floodlit training facility on the tennis courts at Parc Stephens for all-weathers. This project will enable a team of professionals to develop phase 1 to full planning application stage.
