This project will work within the Carmarthenshire area, and alongside the Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) estate as focal points for community co-developed green infrastructure projects.
The project will work with community partners and volunteers to develop horticultural skills and a portfolio of sites. They will develop an integrated mosaic of green space that reflects the health and wellbeing needs of patient cohorts, staff groups and community partners.
