This project will support the development of a Food Processing and Drying Centre at the heart of Trimsaran.

The food processing and drying centre will be accessible to Welsh food businesses, local businesses, individuals, and community groups. The food drying/processing centre will allow for fresh goods such as fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, microgreens, mushrooms etc to be preserved. This project will also bring the building of Trimsaran Miners’ Welfare Hall back to life improving the surrounding area.
