Why are we consulting

The council needs to provide access to the Town Hall suitable for everyone. The existing lift is beyond repair and the temporary ramp cannot remain indefinitely. The view of the public and other groups is being sought on the options available before one is selected to put forward for Planning and listed building consent.

Next Steps

Once the information has been collated and considered an application for listed buildings consent of the preferred option will be submitted. CADW and the Welsh Government will consider the application. The outcome of this process will be made know via a press release.
