The County Of Carmarthenshire (Public Footpath 57/8, Llwyn Celyn, Trimsaran) Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrian Traffic Order 2021
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council on the 1st of March, 2021 have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along Public Footpath 57/8 Llwyn Celyn, Trimsaran specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The order will continue in force for up to 4 months until works to resolve the flooding issue and repair the footpath can take place.
This closure is a continuation of the Temporary Emergency Closure imposed on Footpath 57/8 under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 16th February 2021.
Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.
