The County of Carmarthenshire: Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian, Cyclists and Horse Rider) (Public Bridleway 50/14 50/14 (In Part) Bwlchau, Carmel)

Schedule
- Name of Road: Bridleway 50/14 (part),
- Length of Road: 441m from the C2144 at the entrance to Bwlchau (Point A on the map), north-eastwards along the track to the junction with Footpath 50/14A (Point B)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order on the 6th day of November, 2020 the effect of which is to prohibit any Pedestrians, Cyclists or Horse Riders from proceeding along that length of Public Bridleway 50/14 at Bwlchau, Carmel as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The closure is required due to investigation works being undertaken in the vicinity of the Bridleway.
This closure is a continuation of the Temporary Emergency Closure imposed on Public Bridleway 50/14 (in part) under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 29th October, 2020.
Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.
