Digital Literacy Skills
Having good digital literacy skills is essential to access services in today’s world. Our digital literacy skills classes will equip you for the digital world at home, for work and study. We have a range of classes suitable for you whether you are a complete beginner or have more advanced digital skills. Whether you want to learn how to use your iPad, brush up on your CV writing skills or achieve a digital literacy qualification, we have a class for you. We have on-line and face to face classes in a relaxed, friendly environment.
How to enrol?
If you are a new learner or have an enquiry, please telephone 01267 235413 or email to make an appointment to find out which Digital Literacy class is right for you. All learners must complete an informal interview with a staff member and an assessment before enrolment. You can enrol at any time during the year. Please bring a copy of your photographic ID (passport or driving licence) with you.
Please don’t be worried about an assessment interview. It’s not a test! We want you to succeed and be happy in your class, the assessment is how we find out what you already know, and which would be the best class for you in terms of level and pace. You can work at a pace that suits you!
We aim to deliver all classes as advertised. However, classes may be cancelled, or changed, if enrolments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
