English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
Our ESOL classes will help you develop your English skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. We have classes at all levels from beginners to advanced. Whether you want to gain confidence in speaking and listening, to develop your skills for work, study or your home life, we can help you to find the most suitable class. We have classes at all levels during the day and evening, on-line and face to face in a friendly, relaxed environment.
How to enrol?
If you are a new learner or have an enquiry, please telephone 01267 2535413 or email to make an appointment to find out which ESOL class is right for you. All learners must complete an informal interview with a staff member and an assessment before enrolment. You can enrol at any time during the year. Please bring a copy of your photographic ID (passport and residence permit) with you.
Please don’t be worried about an assessment interview. It’s not a test! We want you to succeed and be happy in your class, the assessment is how we find out what you already know, and which would be the best class for you in terms of level and pace.
We aim to deliver all classes as advertised. However, classes may be cancelled, or changed, if enrolments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
