Project Overview
This project at Seaside, Llanelli included a new build primary school with the latest facilities. Sufficient in size to cater for 420 pupils and 60 nursery places. The new Ysgol Pen Rhos includes a purpose-built Flying Start Centre and impressive 3G pitch on site.
Project Cost
The project cost was £10.2m. Funded 50% by Welsh Government through its 21st Century Schools and Colleges Programme and 50% by the Local Authority’s Modernising Education Programme.
