Construction work is set to begin shortly on a brand new affordable housing development in Pembrey.
The Carmarthenshire County Council development, based in Garreglwyd, will comprise 14 semi-detached homes including 12 two-bedroom houses and two four-bedroom houses.
The high-quality build site forms part of the council’s ambitious Affordable Housing Delivery Plan of which will deliver over 1,000 affordable homes in Carmarthenshire over a five-year period, investing over £60m into our communities.
The 14 houses will be added to the council’s existing social housing stock and rented to people on our Housing Choice Register.
