Over the next few weeks we’ll be contacting some of our housing tenants asking for feedback to help us improve our services.
Your views and opinions really matter - in our last survey over 1,900 tenants took part and whilst we were pleased to learn that 77% of people were satisfied with our overall housing services. And the feedback helped us identify issues that needed our attention.
If you’re asked to take part in the survey we’d be grateful if would complete and return it to us as soon as possible - we will take what you say seriously and will use your feedback to improve our services.
