Research Request Form: A printable application form for requesting research services from Carmarthenshire Archives.

Order Form: When you order copies for private study or non-commercial research you must sign a declaration that:

• You will not infringe any copyright in the document(s) copied.
• You will not publish a document originally supplied for private study or non-commercial research without the written consent of the Carmarthenshire Archives.

Please remember that publication covers more than books. Using our images in a public broadcast or exhibition, adding our images to another website or posting them on social media counts as publication, and you need to apply for permission and pay a fee.

You can pay with a credit or debit card via telephone for all our services, including copying orders and research, by calling 01267 228686.

The cash desk is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 4.30pm on Fridays. The cash desk is closed daily between 1:00pm – 2:00pm.

Unfortunately, we cannot take your call on UK bank holidays or bank holiday weekends.
