Conservation Areas Consultation
Designated Conservation Areas in Carmarthenshire
There are 27 designated conservation areas within Carmarthenshire and currently 10 of these are under review. The reviewed documents will help the Local Authority, building owners, planners and agents ensure proposals for change, be this to an area of public realm or a building, do not cause adverse harm to the special quality of the conservation area. A map of each area under review and a draft Character Appraisal and Management Plan is available for you to view by clicking on the links below. You will also find dates of online and face-to-face consultation events for each area.
The consultation on the content of the Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans is open until August 26th. Please provide your comments to Candice.Walker@insall-architects.co.uk
