Garden Waste collections will continue as usual, but the situation is being constantly reviewed. We are currently unable to take Direct Debit payments for this service. Payments by card only can be processed via online application or taken over the phone, by calling 01267 234567.

Please place your bin out the evening before. Our collection times may be earlier than normal. We will be unable to undertake any missed bin collections at this time.

Please let us know if your bin goes missing or has been damaged. Garden waste will not be collected from damaged bins as it is unsafe for our staff. Once you have reported your damaged or missing bin to us we can arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you. 

If you think your bin has been lost or stolen please check first with your neighbours and around the local area to see if it has been returned to the wrong place before reporting it.

We aim to deliver a replacement bin within 10 working days of receiving your request. However, this may not be possible in busy periods.
