Consultation & Performance

Our aim is to provide high quality services and make Carmarthenshire a better place in which to live, work and enjoy your leisure time.

We are one of the largest and most diverse employers in South West Wales, employing over 9000 employees who provide services across a rural county to a population of around 170,000.

We are firmly committed to an open and conversational decision making process. We want to hear what you have to say on any and all matters of interest. If you would like to view our active consultations and get involved visit i-Local.

In addition to consultation, assessing our performance and setting key targets for the year ahead, is one of the many ways in which we are able to work towards achieving our aims and objectives.

The Improvement Plan is a forward looking plan that sets out what our Key Improvement Objectives and Targets are for the year ahead.

The Annual Report is a retrospective report that explains what has been done to make improvements during the previous financial year.
