We know how difficult it is when you need support but don’t know where to turn - we want you to know that we are here for you.

We have a dedicated team of advisers who can help - everyone’s situation is different, but we are here to listen and help you apply for the support, services and money you are entitled to.

Alongside our team of advisors, we now have dedicated budgeting officers who can help and support you with money matters.

30 hours funded childcare

With the Childcare Offer for Wales, you could receive up to 30 hours of funded early education and childcare a week, for up to 48 weeks of the year.

If you have a permanent disability, you can buy a Radar Key, which offers disabled people independent access to around 9,000 locked public toilets around the country.

Do you have problems getting around your home because of an illness, condition or disability? We may be able to adapt your home to help you to live more independently. We may also be able to cover some or all of the costs.

Blue badge

Blue Badges help people with disabilities or health conditions park closer to their destination. You can apply for a badge for yourself, on behalf of somebody else. Applications can take up to 8 weeks.

Carer's Allowance

You could get £67.60 a week if you care for someone at least 35 hours a week and they get certain benefits. You do not have to be related to, or live with, the person you care for.

Child Trust Funds

Most children born between 1 September 2002 and 2 January 2011 have a UK Government-funded Child Trust Fund. Nearly half of young people who are now eligible (18 +) to access their savings haven’t done so.

A Community Fridge is a space that brings people together to reduce food waste. Kidwelly and Llanelli Community Fridges work with Hubbub to provide the community with food that would otherwise go into landfill.
