Pay

You can make the following payments online. We accept credit / debit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.

For regular payments such as housing rents, residential care, council tax, etc. the easiest and most convenient way to pay is by direct debit. If you'd like to set up a direct debit for council tax, please call our dedicated team on 01554 742200. For all other payment enquiries, call our customer services team on 01267 234567.

We are aware that some customers may have issues making a successful payment online when using either the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browsers.  If issues are encountered when making an online payment using either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, could we ask that you try an alternative web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.  We are currently investigating the issue to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Remember, we will never call you and ask you to pay over the phone, or request your bank details. If you think you, a friend or relative are being targeted by scams either by letter, phone call, computer or text messages, let us know immediately, email tradingstandards@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.
