Comments & complaints

Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained in our bus timetables is correct, but details of times, routes and fares may change at short notice.  We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or late alterations.  You are advised to check journey details before travelling, and to be at the bus stop in advance of the advertised departure time.

Local bus services are provided in one of two ways.  They may either be:

  • provided commercially by local bus companies, which means that the service is run without any financial support from us, and the route, times and fares are controlled by the company.
  • operated on behalf of the Council.  These services are designed by us but are operated under contract by local bus companies.  These journeys are marked  in our timetables.

If you have a comment or complaint about a commercial service, you should contact the operator.
