Search for a Planning Application

For ease of access we publish a weekly list of all planning applications registered in the County. The last four weeks are available to download as an .xl file.

Once a decision has been issued to the applicant the decision notice will be posted on our website. A list of decisions made is published weekly and available below:

The following information related to the planning application is available to the public - covering letter, application forms, plans, supporting documentation, surveys etc. for public viewing. Documents containing medical or financial information will not be displayed.

The planning information is not a full history of any site and it should not be regarded as an alternative to the information provided through a formal local land charges search. Although we try to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided it makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and do not accept any responsibility for its use or reliance.

Plans, drawings and other material submitted to the local authority are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (section 47). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
