We operate both open and multi-storey car parks across the County. Good parking management is essential to ensure that both residents and visitors can move freely and safely within the authority, by whichever means of transport, whether bus, train or on foot.
It is our task to keep traffic flowing whilst ensuring that there is a fair and adequate allocation of parking resources to meet the varied needs of residents, visitors and businesses. We are responsible for the management and enforcement of park and ride, car parks, resident parking, on-street parking and bus/coach parking.
