New Platform at Abergwili Junction Station

The Gwili Railway is a major tourist attraction in the county run mainly by volunteers.

Funding been used by Gwili Railway to create the new platform at Abergwili Junction which is an enhancement for both accessibility and operational reasons, improving the visitor experience, and improving the heritage site.  Electrical and superficial works to the platform were also made, making the platform fully functional and is now in regular use by passengers.

Since the platform has opened there has been an increase in visitors and volunteers supporting the charity.
