Pathways to Prosperity Llanelli

This project focuses on young people from low-income backgrounds, those at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system and migrants, particularly refugees and asylum seekers. The activities are specialised 1-1 support focusing on entrepreneurship and employability, confidence building and basic needs support.

Beyond just employment, Centre for African Entrepreneurship address the overall mental wellbeing of their beneficiaries, understanding the intertwined challenges of housing, benefits and mental wellness.

The Carmarthenshire team hold regular drop-in sessions at people Speak Up in Furnace Fach in Llanelli, every Wednesday afternoon and every other Friday to provide a wide range of holistic employability support services.

Monthly Salsa Beat sessions are held to provide fun, entertainment and stress reduction. These sessions also provide great networking opportunities.
