Quay Centre Feasibility Study

The funding has been used by the Carmarthenshire Water Safety Partnership on obtaining a feasibility study, with associated recommendations, to secure a long-term lease and enable the next stage, which is to fully redevelop and refurbish the Quay Centre in Carmarthen.

The ambition is to create a sustainable, practical, and welcoming multi-function community resource fit for the future.
