Throughout August, Waste Officers will be available at locations throughout Carmarthenshire to answer your questions about the new Separated Recycling service, which will be introduced to around one third of homes from mid-late autumn 2026.
They can also provide information for residents who will be staying on the current Mixed Recycling (blue bags) service for now.

Future changes to recycling collections in parts of Carmarthenshire
Funding has supported a full-time role with Menter Gorllewin Sir Gar, to deliver a wide range of events and activities raising awareness of the Welsh language in the St Clears and Llanybydder areas.
Over 40 events or activities have been held, with an increase of over 500 people actively engaging with the organisation, all of which has helped to strengthen the use of the language in rural communities.
