A new future for St John Ambulance Cymru’s Carmarthen Division

St John’s Ambulance have been in Carmarthen for over 30 years, serving the community.

The funding was spent on vital upgrades to the division; this included plastering ceilings throughout the building, painting, and a new kitchen being installed, creating safe and much improved facilities. Office equipment was purchased to support the volunteers, and a much-needed defibrillator was purchased and installed outside the building.

A volunteer campaign was successfully launched supporting over 200 volunteers, and recruiting many more, creating more life savers in the community. Breakfast clubs and Warm hubs have also been established and are well received.
