Hebron was built in 1908 as a church vestry and community centre in the village of Drefach, Llanelli. A building assessment recently undertaken showed that the facility needed complete refurbishment to bring the facility up to an acceptable standard of safety, security, usability and attractiveness. The project has been supported by funding the new kitchen facilities at the refurbished community centre.
