A Community Hub has been created to promote sustainable living and reducing waste in Llanelli. This project promotes a circular economy community hub to embrace sustainable living across Llanelli. Foothold have successfully built on three decades of community engagement.

A new Village Store has been established and essential material and shelving for the store has been purchased. A full time Volunteering Officer has been funded to support the volunteering opportunities in the store and this project has supported the sustainable car boot sale events to promote sustainable living.

Seven volunteering opportunities have been created and supported throughout this project, with variety of volunteering roles created at the village store. There has been an increase of over 150 users at the village store.
