As experienced registrars we are able to offer a wide range of additional services as celebrants. Celebrant ceremonies have no legal status, so they allow for more creative freedom and flexibility in their design and delivery. They can be held at any place of your choosing or at any one of our lovely venues. We will work closely with you to create something perfect and meaningful that you will remember forever.
Affirmation Ceremonies / Marriage Celebration Ceremonies
This is the perfect choice, if you’ve already legally married or entered into a civil partnership and now wish to include your family and friends in a personalised ceremony, at a location of your own choosing, where you can once again say your vows, exchange rings, have readings and music, to share and celebrate. This is particularly popular with couples who have held their legal ceremony abroad.
Legal marriage or civil partnership followed by a celebrant ceremony
These are referred to as a split site ceremony where the legal marriage takes place in a register office or a licensed venue and is followed by an additional special ceremony either outside at the same venue or at a personal location of your choosing that may not necessarily hold a ceremony licence – for example, a farmyard, barn or beach.
Renewal of Vows Ceremonies / Anniversary Celebrations
If you’ve been married or in a civil partnership for some time but wish to publicly declare and celebrate your enduring love in the presence of family and friends. Maybe it is a Golden 50th anniversary, or you’re getting back together after some time apart; we can compose something personal and unique just for you on this special day.

We’d love to work with you to plan this special occasion.
Baby / Child Naming Ceremonies
A Naming Ceremony is an occasion to welcome a baby, adoptive child or stepchild into the family circle. We will work with you to create a ceremony that will offer a special opportunity for your friends and loved ones to gather together to celebrate and pledge support for their journey through life.
Civil funerals / memorials
An alternative to a religious ceremony, we can prepare and deliver a personalised civil funeral or memorial service carefully put together, with you, to honour and celebrate the memory of your relative or loved one.
Coming of Age Ceremonies, milestone birthdays
Particularly popular for 18 and 21 year olds as they come of age but often carried out for milestone birthdays such as 40th, 50th or 100th birthdays etc.
