Medical Care

Your health and well-being is super important to us and staff will always be on hand to support you with booking and attending appointments, keeping up to date with ongoing medical support sessions and champion you to ensure that your needs are being met.

If you already take regular medication then we will book it in and store it in our office area. Staff will ensure that medication is counted and never let the supply run short.

Whilst you stay with us, staff will also work to re-register you to our local GP, optician and dentist if needed.

Education

Education is so important, therefore, staff will ensure that you can continue your educational journey with as little disruption as possible where they can. Staff can transport you to and from school, support you with any extra curricular activities you may already be involved in and spend time with you to support with school work where you would like us to.

Staff will also be present to champion you in educational meetings to ensure that wherever we can, we go the extra mile to ensure that your educational needs are being met and you have as many opportunities to progress and succeed in school, college or other work placements etc.

If you do not attend school/college or are not in any type of education but would like to try something, please speak to your keyworker and they can help you to look into avenues to get back into education.
