RVE Self evaluation pilot

During the Summer term, six Carmarthenshire schools took part in a self-evaluation pilot workshop. The focus of the day was to develop a shared understanding of what high-quality RVE looks like in practice, and to explore how schools can strengthen their RVE curriculum to support learner progression from ages 3 –16.

The workshop proved to be highly impactful, generating valuable professional dialogue and helping schools to reflect on their current provision and future development. Following the success of the pilot, the self-evaluation framework will be officially launched at the Carmarthenshire RVE Conference on Friday, 2 October.

One secondary school RVE leader said;
