If you have received an invitation to attend an interview, you will need to bring certain documents with you to interview
These documents are required to:

Prove your identity, current address & residency
One item of photographic evidence plus two address related documents should be provided, e.g.
*Photographic Evidence : Current Passport or Photo Card Driving Licence
Address Related Evidence : Utility Bill, Bank/Credit Card/Mortgage Statement

Prove your Right to Work in the UK
This section applies to external applicants only
It is a legal requirement that we ensure anyone we employ is legally entitled to work in the UK. We will ask you for evidence of your eligibility if you are offered a role and check the documents you provide to ensure we are compliant with the law. Click on the following link for more information on what documents you will need to produce.
Copies of the above will be retained on your personal file if you are appointed.

Show you hold the relevant qualifications or registration to carry out the role
All applicants are required to provide proof of the qualifications and registrations listed on your application form. If you are unable to provide these, we will require written confirmation from the awarding body.

Verify your identity for vacancies which require a criminal record check (also known as a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check)
If a DBS check is needed for the role you are interviewed for, the advertisement and Job Summary and Person Specification will state this.
For further details along with a list of the acceptable documents you are required to bring to interview to verify your identity for the purposes of a DBS Check are contained on the Disclosure & Barring Service website.
If you have had a DBS check and you are registered with the DBS update service, providing the level of the check is appropriate and the check is for the correct workforce portability may be accepted, please bring your DBS certificate and your Update Service membership information with you to interview and an assessment will be made as to whether you require a new check.
Documents in a previous name can be accepted only where the applicant can provide documentation supporting a recent change.

You must bring the original documents with you on the day of your interview. They will be verified, copied, scanned and placed on your personal file if you are appointed.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory evidence to the interview panel any offer of employment will remain provisional until such time as your identity and entitlement to live and work within the UK can be verified.
