Through the involvement of volunteers across Carmarthenshire, this project has upskilled and provided people with the knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm to work together to ‘adopt’ their nearest stretch of river.
It is estimated that a minimum 2 tonnes of waste has been removed which has improved the health of Carmarthenshire’s rivers.
