Why are we consulting
Currently being prepared, the revised Local Development Plan (LDP) 2018-2033 sets out a framework for determining planning applications and directing growth in Carmarthenshire (excluding Bannau Brycheiniog National Park).
Used as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications, Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) helps to support the use of LDP policies ensuring they are better understood and applied more effectively.
This consultation is on the Draft Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Guidance.
We are keen to receive feedback from all interested parties.
