How to make enquiries/complaints about travel arrangements

Enquiries should be directed by email to LearnerTravel@carmarthenshire.gov.uk and additional guidance can be found on the School Transport pages of the Carmarthenshire County Council website School Transport Application.
Operational complaints relating to the home to school transport service should be submitted by email to PublicTransport@carmarthenshire.gov.uk .
Parents or guardians who have submitted an application for free transport and have been refused may request a review of the decision. Details of the review process will be provided as part of the email notice of refusal.
