Leaseholder Insurance Information

Leaseholders are required to arrange their own contents insurance to cover personal belongings within their property.

Please note that building insurance for the structure of the property is arranged by us. The cost of this insurance will be recharged to all leaseholders, and this charge will apply regardless of any separate arrangements made by the leaseholder. Leaseholders must not obtain their own building insurance, as this is already provided under our policy.
