Maesgriffith is a development of 12 homes for social rent in the coastal village of Llansteffan, in close proximity to Carmarthen.

In nearby Johnstown you will find Queen Elizabeth High Secondary School, Carmarthen Leisure Centre and local sports clubs. Llansteffan offers lots of coastal walks and you can also visit the picturesque castle.
Carmarthen town centre offers plenty of shopping opportunities and a great variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is always something going on.
The indoor market in Carmarthen has a variety of independent stalls. It has been around for more than 800 years and dates back to Roman times. It sells everything from arts and crafts to local food and drink, offering some of the best local produce in Wales. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is also an outdoor market and the farmers market takes place on the first Friday of every month.
The A40, heading west to St Clears, and A48, towards Cross Hands & the M4 east-bound, mean that travel across south Wales is easy from Maesgriffith. There are also public transport links for travelling across the county.
