About your repair appointment

If your appointment is due to a general repair, you will automatically receive an appointment via text message or e-mail if we hold a phone number or e-mail address for you.
Appointments are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.pm. We will provide a morning, afternoon or all day appointment timeframe.
If the repair is not urgent and you need to re-arrange the appointment, you will have the option to do this via your text/e-mail appointment message.
An appointment reminder will also be sent the evening before your appointment.
If you miss your appointment, we will attempt to attend once more. If you miss the appointment for a second time, this will be cancelled and you will need to re-book your appointment if necessary.
It is not always possible to complete a repair on the first visit. For more complex jobs, for example when materials need to be measured for and then ordered, we may need to perform a temporary repair before carrying out further work.
We do not provide appointments for:
Emergencies – If you report an emergency repair then it is important that you stay in until we attend.
Repairs that require planning or further inspection. We will not provide an appointment until this work has been planned/inspected.
During emergency repairs, we will make any immediately dangerous situations safe. Any further repairs needed to permanently fix the issue will be arranged for normal working hours.
