Graduate programme
We are one of the largest and most diverse employers in South West Wales, with around 8,000 hard-working and talented staff at the centre of everything we do. Our two-year graduate programme is designed to offer development opportunities which will allow you to grow and develop as an individual, including taking on leadership roles. Our programme is open to all ages, as long as you are degree qualified.
Each route offers a combination of learning through practical hands-on experience and the opportunity to study for professional accreditation. In addition there will be opportunity for learning and development through in-house and external courses, seminars and workshops, for example access to mentoring from senior managers and development in management and communication skills.
