Day opportunities provide essential services for people who need more planned care and attention, as well as for carers who need respite. We provide Day Opportunities for Older People as well as for those with a Learning Disability or with Mental Health and neurodivergent conditions.

Day Opportunities for Older People

The service provides a social connection for those who may feel socially isolated whilst offering respite to Carers. Our aim is to encourage individuals to be as independent as they are able to, and support them in living independently in the community.

We offer building and community-based, opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodivergent conditions, and mental health conditions across Carmarthenshire.
