Tir Einon Respite Centre

Based in Llwynhendy, Llanelli, Tir Einon offers person centred short breaks for adults across Carmarthenshire with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodivergent conditions and mental health needs.

We provide a caring and homely atmosphere that respects each individuals dignity and privacy, whilst promoting and maintaining their health and independence.

Our Approach

We focus on each person’s strengths and preferences, using a person-centred approach to create an enabling environment where individuals can thrive.

We are registered with the Care Inspectorate for Wales.

 

Accessing Support

To access respite care at Tir Einon, you’ll need an assessment by a social work team.  Please speak with your social worker or care manager, who can arrange this for you.

Following an assessment, if you are eligible for support, the service you will need will be included in your care plan.

There maybe a charge  and you will be offered a financial assessment  to determine how much you will need to contribute towards your care.

Before your service commences you will have the opportunity to visit and meet staff to ensure that the service is suitable for you.
