Reablement Service

Reablement Services in Carmarthenshire provide short‑term, focused support to help people regain independence after illness, injury or a hospital stay. Our teams work with individuals to rebuild confidence and daily living skills so they can return home safely and continue living as independently as possible. Support may be offered at home or in our dedicated residential reablement unit, Tŷ Pili Pala, where staff and therapists work together to review progress and plan for a timely return home. The aim is to encourage people to do as much as they can for themselves, with the right support in place to help them achieve their personal goals.
