Pay your rent
Page updated on: 01/05/2024
The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit, once it's set up, your rent will be paid on time every month. All you have to do is get in touch and we can set it up over the phone on 01267 228938, or you can download a form and return it to us.
You can pay your direct debit on any day between 1st and 28th of every month. Every month everyone who pays by Direct Debit goes into a draw with the chance of winning £50.
You can also pay online or by phone by debit card. We accept Maestro, Solo or Visa debit cards. If you’d like to speak to a member of staff call 01267 228686 during office hours. Alternatively, you can call our 24/7 automated phone line on 01267 679900. If you'd prefer to pay in person, you can pay your rent at one of our 3 Cash Offices by cash, cheque, card or giro card. You can also use a giro card at the Post Office.
If you are not sure how much rent you need to pay, create an online account – it’s quick, easy and secure. You’ll be able to view your rent payments and see how much you need to pay.
You will need your 13 or 14 digit rent account reference number to make a payment or to set up an online account.
