Tîm Tacluso Gwasanaeth Tai focuses on providing general maintenance, repair and cleansing services to Council owned estates and homes.
The team has already made fantastic progress, with various tasks completed in Council owned estates. This includes:
- Clearance of overgrowth from car parks and communal areas
- Clearance and cleaning of guttering
- Painting garden gates
- Maintenance of walls including re-bedding coping stones
- General maintenance/tidying
The team also provide support to the Council’s Housing Repairs team, carrying out tasks such as:
- Repairing doors, locks and fixtures
- Basic carpentry such as fixing cupboard doors and repairing damaged fence panels
- Installing household appliances
- Repairing taps, toilet flush mechanisms and installing basic fixtures
- Repairing internal walls
- Attending urgent, small scale maintenance requests
