Our Partners

A number of our partner organisations work in our 3 main Hwbs and hold drop-in sessions at all three hwbs on a regular basis.

Below are examples of the partner organisation that we work closely with in order that we can provide you with access to the specialist services that you deserve and are entitled to at the first point of contact.

Citizens Advice Bureau

Provides free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues for example, debt, benefits, housing and employment.

Age Cymru

Age Cymru is the key provider of information and advice for people in later life in Wales.

Carmarthenshire Working

Carmarthenshire Working aims to help people build a better life, supporting those aged 16-19 or 25+ who are unemployed or working less than 16 hours to find long term employment.

Communities for Work+

The Communities for Work Plus project is on hand to support people and communities to gain employment and have helped a number of people achieve their aspirations.

Housing options team

Provides help support and advise in all aspects of housing issues, from being homeless to needs grants for disability adaptations.

Alzheimer’s Group and Dementia support

UK’s leading dementia charity, we tackle all aspects of dementia by giving help and hope to people living with dementia today and in the future.

Domestic Abuse Support Group

Providing assistance and services to support some of the most vulnerable people in society.
