When you rent a home through Simple Lettings, you can be assured that you will be living in quality accommodation.

Every property is inspected and approved by an authorised Carmarthenshire County Council officer before being made available to let. We work closely with our landlords to ensure all regulations are met, so you have peace of mind that you and your family live in a home that is safe and secure.

We are here to help with all your tenancy needs. Before you sign up a tenancy with us, you will be required to complete a pre tenancy course with our inhouse team Pre-Accommodation.

Once you have completed the above, we will look to help you sign up and begin your tenancy with us.

We will be able to help and support you to ensure that your tenancy succeeds. If you have any questions or concerns, then please email us on SimpleLettings@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.

If you are struggling to pay your rent please contact us so we can help and refer you to the best support possible, please reach out to us as soon as you can.

All of our allocations are done via the general social housing register for Carmarthenshire.
